Steve & Sarah welcome you to Barker Stakes Farm

Located in a quiet haven of North Yorkshire, just on the outskirts of Pickering - our 18th Century farmhouse Bed and Breakfast accommodation is set within 32 acres on the banks of Pickering Beck, and surrounded by the spectacular scenery of the moors - where you can enjoy a relaxing holiday, go bird watching, or take one of the many pleasant walking or cycling routes, with 800 yards of trout fishing onsite.

When the weather is good enjoy a game of croquet or boules on the lawn or giant Geronimo Jenga in the courtyard. For the athletic amongst you football is available on the field, table tennis or pool in the barn or how about a game of swingball. For the kids a playpark is situated on the back lawn.

We currently have 5 Dexter cows Daisy, Tilley , Totty Horace and Doris(plus three calfs born july 09), loads of free-range hens, some ducks, 6 sheep and 5 lambs, 2 goats ,3 pigs, 5 turkeys and some rabbits.
