Befferlands Farm Cottage is situated on a quiet lane between the historical village of Whitchurch Canonicorum and the coastal village of Charmouth. The whole area is designated as one of outstanding natural beauty and is easily accessible from the main A35. The charming historical port of Lyme Regis is just 4 miles away and the spectacular World Heritage coastline of West Dorset (The Jurassic Coast) is one mile. This makes the cottage an ideal base for a walking, bird watching, fossil hunting and bathing holiday. The holiday cottage has been architecturally designed to provide space with luxury comfort. The accommodation comprises of one double en-suite bedroom and one twin with separate bathroom on the ground floor. A spacious open planned living area and fully fitted equipped kitchen on the first floor, all tastefully furnished to a high standard. 	Jurassic Coast The Jurassic Coast is a World Heritage Site on the English Channel coast of southern England. The site stretches from Orcombe Point near Exmouth in East Devon to Old Harry Rocks near Swanage in East Dorset, a distance of 95 mi. Chartered in 2001, the Jurassic coast was the second wholly-natural World Heritage Site to be designated in the United Kingdom. Its entire length can be walked on the South West Coast Path.
