There are just two well appointed large guest bedrooms, Waverly and Derbyshire simply decide which one you would like to make your own and settle in. There are also four well-equipped self catering cottages.

Burnville Farm is a substantial Georgian house stunningly situated with magnificent views over Dartmoor from all the guest rooms and a l arge comfortable drawing room.

In the comfort of your luxurious ensuite bedroom, complete with queen size bed and antique furniture. Large Georgian windows offer breathtaking views of the garden and rolling countryside. Read a good book; lounging in the garden or in the cooler months in front of a roaring log fire in the drawing room.
