An idyllic country bed and breakfast close to Warwick, Stratford upon Avon and Royal Leamington Spa. Church Hill Farmhouse is set in rural Warwickshire farmland and offers a friendly, informal atmosphere in unique surroundings within the heart of the delightful village of Lighthorne. Situated just north of the Cotswolds, the house is an ideal base for exploring the region.

The historic Cruck farmhouse (grade II listed, dating back to the 15th century) has been a family home for hundreds of years and contains fine antique furniture. There are 3 spacious bedrooms all with well equipped ensuite bathrooms. The 2 courtyard suites offer flexible self-catering or B&B accommodation. The Hurlingham Suite also has an M1 disability rating.

Convenient for Warwick Castle, Compton Verney Art Gallery, The Heritage Motor Museum at Gaydon, Jaguar and Landrover, Aston Martin and Warwick University, Church Hill Farm guarantees a warm and friendly welcome, hearty breakfasts using local produce and an enjoyable and relaxing stay.
