Established 27 years ago, our farmhouse bed & breakfast provides visitors to Lincolnshire with a relaxing and peaceful haven yet a convenient base for visiting historic local towns and attractions. The large gardens allow you to relax and enjoy the fabulous views - our sunsets are oftens spectacular!!

Location:

We are on a 15 acre site and within easy walking distance of the village shop, local pubs, fishing lakes and 9-hole golf course so you won't be stuck for things to do, should you decide not to venture far.

The sandy beaches of Mablethorpe and Sutton on Sea are only 3-4 miles away, or should you wish for more adventure such as a day at Skegness Butlins or Fantasy Island, then a 30 minute car ride is all it takes, as does a visit to the Cadwell Park racing circuit and the Manby Motorplex. Lincolnshire Aviation Heritage Centre - home of 'Just Jane' Lancaster is also a half hour car ride away.

Our quiet village of Maltby-le-Marsh is a short drive from the market towns of Alford and Louth. The historic city of Lincoln has a castle and cathedral and is only a forty minute drive away. There are numerous golf courses in the area available to non-members. The area is full of fun and interesting places to visit such as Mablethorpe with its sandy beaches and animal gardens. Cadwell Park racing circuit, Hubbards Hills at Louth, the antique centres at Horncastle or simply enjoy walking in the Lincolnshire Wolds.

Dining Room
There is a good choice of bedrooms at Grange Farmhouse, all attractively furnished, well-equipped and very comfortable. We pride ourselves on comfy beds, quality bed linen and fluffy towels!! All bedrooms are equipped with flat screen freeview TVs and tea and coffee making facilities.

The stable bock accommodation consists of five bedrooms.

Room1 - Double bedroom ensuite (with patio doors & great views)

Room 2 - Triple room ensuite - popular with fishermen

Room 3 - Double and single room ensuiteRoom 4 - Twin with handwash basin and shared shower room

Room 5 - Twin with handwash basin and shared shower room

All rooms have a colour flatscreen TVs with freeview - tea making facilities, hairdryer etc. are all within the stable block.

In the farmhouse there are three luxury en-suite bedrooms, one a twin and the other a family room and a double bedroom with a full en-suite bathroom.

Full English Breakfast is served in the traditional farmhouse dining room, and comprises of unlimited fruit juices, cereals, toast, tea and coffee. A traditional farmhouse breakfast including local Lincolnshire sausages are also included in the price.


For the children:

We have free-range chickens and chicks which need feeding and there are always eggs to find and collect. Children can also feed our ornamental fish in their pond. We also have 2 minature shetland ponies Paddy and Masie, cattle, budgies and dogs, including Emm the sheepdog, who is the children's best playmate. We now have some new rabbits and guinea pigs.

Fishing:

Our lakes provide superb fishing, and are well stocked with many fish, such as carp, tench, rudd and roach which is free of charge and available only to residents - SEE THE FISHING PAGE FOR PHOTOS

Dogs:

Well behaved dogs are welcome to join you in our stable block accommodation. £4/night/dog. We have plenty of grounds for them to run around in and designated dog walking areas.
