Leave all your troubles behind and relax in this award winning countryside hideaway. Positioned amongst 600 acres of beautiful Warwickshire farmland in the quiet and historic village of Knightcote, where you can wander endlessly spotting badgers, deer, butterflies and birds, whilst enjoying the outstanding views of the landscape and Burton Dassett Hills beyond. Easily explore and experience Warwick Castle, the University City of Oxford, the Cotswolds and Shakespeare's Stratford.
• Each cottage has Wireless internet and a TV in all bedrooms plus also DVD player in the lounge.
• The bespoke kitchens have all been individually designed and hand crafted in solid oak or ash, and are extremely well equipped with fridge freezer, washer/dryer, gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, food processor and a digital radio.
• Every cottage of Arbor Holiday and Knightcote Farm Cottages has an en suite shower room (three in Oak House) and toilet in the master bedroom, as well as a separate bathroom, with bath, shower and toilet.
• All showers have high-pressure water.
• Soft fluffy towels and soft cotton sheets provided free of charge.
• Thermostatically controlled gas central heating and electricity are included in the tariff.
• End your day on an exquisite French antique or country pine bed with a high quality sprung mattress. All fabrics are chosen by our interior designer.
• A Welcome Pack is provided by Arbor Holiday and Knightcote Farm Cottages which includes tea, coffee, milk, sugar, a home-made cake, wine and freshly arranged flowers.
• We also provide a comprehensive cleaning pack including washing-up liquid and dishwasher tablets.
• A selection of DVD’s books puzzles games and leaflets in each cottage.
• Very child friendly with cots, highchairs, baby alarms, potty, stairgates, child step and toilet seat inserts, all provided free of charge
• Three cottages wheelchair accessible, with free use of wheelchair, elephant feet, cot sides, and easy up chair.
• Plenty of spacious level car parking directly outside each cottage.
