We warmly invite you to enjoy Bed and Breakfast in our historic 17th century farmhouse where you will find lots of character and quaint features.

Prices

Our standard rate is £39pppn bed and breakfast for 2 or more nights. Special offer! book a week and pay £250 per person total cost for bed and breakfast, a saving of £23 per person.


Rarely, but at certain times, we reserve the right to charge up to £45pppn, but our normal rate is £39pppn. You would be quoted the price at the time of enquiry and we always honour the price quoted.

One night bookings:- enquiries must be made by phone or e mail first to see if a one night stay would be acceptable to us, if we do accept a one night stay the charge is always £45pppn.

If our single room is already booked and you wish to use a 2 person room as a single then a supplement will apply.

Breakfasts at Rains Farm
Indulge in one of our temptingly tasty Farmhouse breakfasts. We use only the finest quality local farm produce to create you a scrumptious cooked breakfast that will satisfy any appetite. You can have as much or as little as you please with your personal choice from our extensive menu. Our own crusty breads are toasted to perfection to complete your feast.
Lighter breakfast choices are also available including cereals, fresh fruits and yoghurts.

Check in time is between 3pm and 6pm, later check ins by arrangement but we do not like any check ins after 9pm. Thank you.
