Accommodation Details

These six attractive cottages have been skilfully reconstructed or converted from 17th Century barns situated on the outskirts of the small village of Runcton Holme in West Norfolk, near the farmhouse on our 600 acre arable farm.

Whilst retaining the charm of many traditional features and interesting memorabilia, they offer a high quality of comfort, rural views and an ideal base to explore the variety of attractions in and around Norfolk.

You might prefer to stay closer to home and do a little walking, bird watching, play a game of pool or table football, swim in the outdoor heated swimming pool open from May 1st to October 31st, watch over the children as they enjoy themselves playing on the wooden tower equipped with slide, swings, rock climbing wall and many other features in the children’s play area, or fish in the farm reservoir, stocked with Carp.

You might just wish to relax peacefully in the sunshine by the pool with the sound of birds singing in the countryside or enjoy the warm, soothing water of our deluxe spa then relax in the sauna to gradually ease away the stress of every day life. The choice is yours.

Thorpland Manor Barns are peacefully situated on the edge of the Fens overlooking grass meadows and arable fields and with beautiful sunset views, yet easily accessible to the A.10.

Shops, Post Office and good Pubs serving delicious food are all within 2 miles.
