Todds House Farm is a 55-acre mixed farm pleasantly situated on a country lane within easy reach of the village of Sedgefield with its shops, pubs, restaurants and its fine 13th Century Church.
An attractive granary conversion provides self-catering accommodation for a family of four with splendid views over the countryside, while bed and breakfast accommodation is available in the 200 year old farmhouse.
Todds House Farm is only 12 miles from the North East coast, and within easy reach of shopping and leisure facilities in Durham City, Stockton-on-Tees, Darlington and Middlesbrough, and only half an hour's drive from the Gateshead Metro Centre.
Visit Durham City with its magnificent Norman Cathedral, or take a day trip to the Yorkshire Moors and Dales, the Northumbrian coast, Teesdale, Weardale, or the Lake District.
Maps of local footpaths and cycle tracks can be provided, and lock-up facilities for bicycles are also available. Judith and Sam, the resident owners of Todds House Farm, are happy to advise you on where to go according to your interests. Judith is a qualified Blue Badge Guide and can offer guided tours of the region if you require them, and can speak fluent German and French.
