Accommodation Details

Williams' Barn is a charming rural retreat sitting alongside 18th Century Nethergate Farm. Elegantly and lovingly renovated, internally it features exposed brickwork, original beams and polished oak floors.

The open plan lounge/dining area is warmed by oil fired central heating with a wood burning stove for especially cosy spring, autumn and winter evenings. French doors open onto a private patio overlooking landscaped gardens and a natural pond making it ideal for alfresco summer eating and entertaining.

Adjacent to the lounge/dining area is a fully fitted, well equipped kitchen. The staircase leads to a part galleried landing, a bathroom and three bedrooms sleeping 4-6, one with ensuite facilities. Undercover parking for three vehicles adjoins the barn. Nethergate Farm is a working arable and sheep farm so unfortunately no pets are allowed.

FREE use of owners golf practice ground, 500 square yards of putting surface and enough length for a 300yd drive.

Situated close to North Norfolk's most popular attractions visitors can enjoy the very best that this beautiful area can offer including 'Shakespeare in Love' beaches, pine forests, stunning walks, wildfowl watching, sea life, theatre, outdoor summer entertainment, fine dining and the most famous of giant skies.
