Delivery

Delivery is offered to the a limited number of countries only. Delivery on all orders to the UK is free. Delivery to other counties is specified at the time of placing an order. Countries that are not listed when placing an order we do not deliver to. Red Hen Promotions Ltd endeavour to ensure that all products are despatched within one working day by first class post or courier. Some products within the store may be despatched to the customer directly from third party suppliers and therefore where multiple products have been ordered your order may be despatched in more than one package. Depending on the courier or postal service used a signature may be required on delivery. Red Hen Promotions Ltd take no responsibility for any delay in delivery. However we endeavour to ensure that all orders are processed and despatched as quickly and as smoothly as possible.
