AgChemAccess launches new global licence system

AgChemAccess, the global pesticide broker, has enhanced its service with the introduction of a new licence system. Similar to a franchise, the new regional licences will be introduced to key players around the world and provide licensees with all the facilities needed to trade across a global network.

The first globally available AgChemAccess licence has been purchased by Richard Brown and Nick Wastling, both seasoned agrochemical professionals and entrepreneurs. Together they will operate the new licence as UK AgChemAccess, with immediate effect.

"The licence innovation builds on the existing and successful membership subscription by providing licensees with extensive new facilities for identifying buy/sell opportunities for a range of crop protection products and for interacting with AgChemAccess staff, who finalise and process each trade," explains Steve Garner, Managing Director for AgChemAccess.

He explains the benefits which include increasing information on product availability worldwide, improving facilities for identifying new opportunities, faster and more efficient processing of enquiries plus more opportunities to buy and sell.

Whilst providing more information and trade opportunities, the new service retains anonymity between buyer and seller and handles all trade related issues including probity of product, regulatory matters, shipping/logistics and payment.

Each licensee will operate in an exclusive region (usually a country) and will operate under the AgChemAccess name.
