J Riley Beet Harvesters (UK) Ltd to represent Valtra in Norfolk

Valtra have appointed J Riley Beet Harvesters (UK) Ltd., based at Attlebridge, as service and parts dealers for Norfolk. Announcing the appointment Valtra Area Manager Kevin Towers said, "For some years Norfolk farmers have appreciated the features of Valtra machines but following dealer realignment some Valtra customers in the area have been left without after sales support. This appointment ensures Valtra customers get the support they deserve."

Following training at Balding Brothers at Dereham, Jeremy Riley went on to work for major machinery manufacturers and importers before opening his own company selling and supporting Vervet sugar beet harvesters. "Recent beet factory closures have concentrated beet growing in the East of England. This allows us to increase the efficiency of our service personnel and it seems a natural step to continue with our diversification," said Jeremy Riley. "Our business is built on trust – our customers know we won't let them down during critical periods. We feel the same way about our arrangements with Valtra and already two members of our workshop staff have been on training courses at Valtra's European Headquarters. Our Stores Manager has also had meetings with Valtra parts people and we now have a recommended stock of parts on the shelf."
