Kubota F3890 front deck mowers supplied to landscaping firm

Gloucestershire-based equipment company, E.Buckland Garden Machinery, has supplied five of Kubota’s F3890 front deck mowers to grounds maintenance specialist Tom Rimell, owner and director of Smart Cut and TFN Landscapes.

Richard Phelps of E. Buckland recommended the mowers to help Tom cope with his heavy workload and ensure that his team of landscapers can continue to work in all types of weather.

The F3890 mower is designed to cope in difficult conditions and is ideal for mowing large areas quickly, such as the substantial estates that Tom and his team manage on daily basis for local councils and housing associates including Taylor Wimpey.

Several Kubota machines have been purchased by Tom over the past twenty years that are suitable for groundcare and landscaping work. His continued investment in new machinery allows his team to carry out tasks efficiently and to the highest standard.

Tom commented on the new mowers: “The F3890 ride on mowers are both easy to operate and fuel efficient when carrying out demanding work on a variety of landscapes.

“The work we undertake on a day-to-day basis requires the use of reliable machines that can cope with cutting large areas of land. The F3890 mowers allow us to deal with customer demand and carry out tasks within the scheduled time period allocated for a project.”

Incorporating a large capacity fuel tank at 61 litres to reduce the number of fuelling stops needed to complete long jobs, the mower features a side and rear discharge mower deck, which can tilt up to 90 degrees for easy cleaning and blade sharpening.

E. Buckland owner, Richard Phelps commented: “Tom’s feedback on the Kubota machinery we stock is invaluable. As a committed businessman, he is always looking for a good deal on mowers but also recognises the importance of after-care sales and service, something which Kubota offers to all new and existing customers.”
