Mclaren to headline rural discussion

Jim McLaren, President of the NFU Scotland, will be the keynote speaker at a Rural Discussion in St Andrews next month.

Mr McLaren will address Pagan Osborne and CKD Galbraith's annual rural and business seminar before joining an expert panel for a question and answer session for what is expected to be a lively debate.

Colin Clark and Louise Walker of Pagan Osborne will join Mr McLaren along with Chris Addison-Scott, Mike Reid and Grant Turnbull from CKD Galbraith to answer audience questions on topical issues likely to include Capital Gains Tax, land prices and agricultural landlord and tenant issues.

The seminar will take place on Thursday 6th March at Lower College Hall, St Andrews University, St. Andrews from 6.30pm.
