Reco have reached an agreement with Gallignani to change the method of distribution of the Italian manufacturer's balers and wrappers within the UK with effect from 1 July 2006.
From this date Gallignani machinery will be distributed direct from Gallignani to UK dealers and will be managed by Andrew Sinstadt, UK manager for Gallignani.
At the same time Reco will act as Gallignani's UK parts and service provider to ensure continuation of high-quality service support for existing and future UK Gallignani users.
From 1 July Reco relinquishes responsibility for sales of new Gallignani machines in the UK. This move is designed to shorten the supply chain to give improved competitiveness, while maintaining excellent back-up for customers from Reco's headquarters in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire.
