RSPB Manager to address Monmouthshire NFU Cymru

Arfon Williams, Countryside Manager for RSPB Cymru, will be guest speaker at the NFU Cymru Monmouthshire County Conference on Thursday, 27 January 2011.

Held at the Alice Springs Golf Club, Usk, the meeting will commence at 7.30pm. NFU Cymru members are invited to listen to Mr Williams address the conference on his role and those present will then have the opportunity to take part in a question and answer session.

Mr Williams has worked for the RSPB Cymru as their Countryside Manager since March 2010. His work centres upon land management with agriculture as his key area of focus. He is presently heavily involved in Glastir and European CAP reform post 2013.

Colin Phillips, the County Chairman for NFU Cymru in Monmouthshire said, "We are most grateful to Arfon Williams for agreeing to come and speak at the meeting and also to HSBC Bank Plc for sponsoring the event.
