A 23 acre block of South Shropshire pastureland and woodland in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty is on the market with leading regional agents Halls.

The land at Kinnerton House, Ratlinghope, near Shrewsbury comprises 16.90 acres of productive pastureland and 6.11 acres of woodland stocked with a variety of trees, with a small stretch of the East Onny river, which provides a natural water supply.

“There is a variety of wildlife to enjoy and the woodlands are carpeted in bluebells in the spring,” said Peter Willcock, Halls’ chairman who is handling the sale and inviting offers for the land.

The land, which has vehicular access and is located in the Onny Valley, between The Stiperstones and the Long Mynd, close to the market towns of Shrewsbury, Church Stretton and Bishops Castle.
