Thieves steal over 400 sheep and cattle from farm near Lincoln

Around 300 sheep and 120 cattle have been stolen in a night time raid from a farm near Brant Broughton in Lincolnshire.

The incident happened between 8pm on Sunday, July 26 and 8am on Monday, July 27 on a farm near to Beckingham Range.

Lincolnshire Police believe it is possible that the animals may have been offered for sale and officers would like to hear from anyone who may have been approached by any individual selling sheep or cattle.

Anyone who may have seen anything or anyone suspicious in the area at the time is also asked to contact Lincolnshire Police.
