URALCHEM to present its New Fertilisers at Cereals 2012

URALCHEM, the second largest ammonium nitrate producer in the world and full member of the Agricultural Industries Confederation of the UK, is to present its new sulphur containing fertiliser within the company’s sulphur containing product range to the UK market at Cereals 2012, the largest agricultural event in the United Kingdom.

The new fertilizer has been developed to meet the requirements of the crops in the UK due to the specific characteristics of the soil here. The company’s researchers are sure that the added components, along with the overall characteristics of the new product, will help British farmers to significantly increase their crop yields. The results of trials that URALCHEM carried out under different soil and climatic conditions have proved the effectiveness of the new fertilizer.

Composition and characteristics of the new product will be presented at the company’s stand H829.

Visitors to the company’s stand at Cereals 2012 will also be able to see URALCHEM’s other products that the company has been successfully supplying to the UK and Ireland since 2008. The main groups of fertilizers on display will be stabilized ammonium nitrate and NPKs.

All chemical substances manufactured by URALCHEM are registered with the European Chemicals Agency, the procedure being compliant with Regulation (EU) No 1907/2006 concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH). In 2011 URALCHEM Trading SIA, Latvia (a subsidiary of URALCHEM, OJSC) successfully passed FIAS (Fertiliser Industry Assurance Scheme) certification, which proved legislative compliance, security, traceability, safety and good practice in the company’s fertilizer supply chain.
