Tenure and Possession

The freehold of the property is offered for sale as a whole or in two separate lots.

Single Payment Scheme

The land is registered with the Rural Land Register for the Single Payment Scheme. Entitlements are not included with the sale but they are available separately for the 2013 claim year. The purchaser will be responsible for meeting the cost of transferring the entitlements.

Wayleaves Easements and Rights of Way

The property is sold subject to and with the benefit of all rights, including rights of way, whether public or private, light, support, drainage, water and electricity supplies and any other rights and obligations, easements and proposed wayleaves for mast pylons, stays, cables, drains and water, gas and other pipes, whether referred to in the Conditions of Sale or not.

It is understood that there is a public footpath which crosses Lot 2. A number of overhead power lines also cross the property.
