Fron Fawr is part of a multi-award winning holiday cottage business that has grown in popularity over recent years. Together with another holiday cottage site it has won several prestigious awards including Certificates of Excellence from Trip Advisor in 2011 and 2012, winner of Pembrokeshire Tourism Awards in 2009 and 2011 and National Tourism Awards for Wales 2010. Set in about 48 acres with an area of mature woodland it includes a character 3/4 bedroom traditional farmhouse and 5 well appointed holiday cottages that have been converted from traditional Welsh slate and stone barns into bright spaces offering modern holiday living with a contemporary design and feel. The complex has been very successful and produces a significant turnover. However there is still potential to grow the business further and explore other opportunities e.g. equestrian holiday providing accommodation for horses and their owners.

Accommodation
Main Farmhouse Ground Floor
The main farmhouse sits in an elevated position on a traditional farmyard with the 5 holiday cottages arranged below. The main entrance leads into a delightful sitting room with the warm focal point of a wood burning stove. Adjacent is the traditional dining room with a quarry tiled floor and a charming inglenook fireplace housing another warm wood burning stove. A separate WC lies off. At the rear of the house is the farmhouse kitchen diner with a fitted kitchen overlooking the rear garden and fields together with an adjacent utility/ boot room.

First Floor
Stairs rise from the sitting room to the first floor where the property enjoys a large master bedroom with en suite shower room. 2 further bedrooms together with a 4th child?s/ cot room that share the use of a bathroom complete the first floor.

Holiday Cottages
Converted from the old traditional stone outbuildings, one range now provides two cottages while the second range provides 3 cottages. The cottages are:

A recently upgraded cottage with fantastic views across the hills and fields of North Pembrokeshire, with its own private parking and entrance.

Taliesin: 3 bedrooms. Graded 4 Star by Visit Wales.
A traditional stone and slate cottage with three bedrooms, private enclosed garden and patio and lovely views over the North Pembrokeshire countryside.

Madog: 3 bedrooms. Graded 4 Star by Visit Wales.
A delightful, mid-terrace cottage with three bedrooms, private enclosed garden and patio.

Myrddin: 3 bedrooms. Graded 4 Star by Visit Wales.
A traditional stone and slate cottage with three bedrooms, private enclosed garden and patio.

Glyndwr: 4 bedrooms. Graded 5 Star by Visit Wales.
A large, spacious cottage offering excellent accommodation for up to 8 people and ideal for two families to share.

Externally
Fron Fawr is set in an elevated position overlooking unspoilt North Pembrokeshire countryside. It is approached by its own private drive that leads to the main courtyard with the main farmhouse overlooking the two holiday cottage ranges. It enjoys landscaped grounds including large lawned gardens, play areas, hot tub with stunning views over the surrounding countryside, mature trees and patio areas for alfresco dining. There are also a number of useful outbuildings/ garages with covered areas that have potential for conversion into stables etc.

The land
Fron Fawr enjoys being surrounded by its own well maintained land including about 30 acres (subject to measured survey-stms) of pastureland and about 18 acres (stms) of magical mature woodland. The pasture land is obviously ideal for new owners who wish to keep some livestock or horses but if not, they can be easily rented to neighbouring farmers (as is the case now). The woodland offers the perfect retreat to escape for leisurely walks and enjoy the elevated vista.
