pleased to offer for sale 25.17 acres of freehold pasture land near Clunton, Craven Arms.

The land is situated on the South Eastern side of Clunton Village.
Travel into Clunton from Craven Arms. Turn left immediately before the Crown Public House. Follow the land, over the bridge and then turn immediately left signed Bush Farm. Follow the lane to Bush Farm and through the gate onto the stoned access track. The land is approximately 200 yards on the left.
N.B Please ensure the gate on the track is kept closed after passing through.
