Dodford Fields Farm

Dodford Fields Farm is a let farm comprising about 208.05 acres (84.2 hectares) in total, split between about 191.76 acres (77.61 hectares) of arable and about 16.29 acres (6.59 hectares) of woodland and miscellaneous areas. The whole farm is let on an Agricultural Holdings Act 1986 tenancy.

The western boundary of the farm adjoins part of the previously proposed Danetree Village development. The Danetree Village proposals came in response to Daventry District Council's 2021 Vision to increase the population of Daventry from about 23,000 to 40,000 by 2021, and the development that was proposed would play a significant part in helping the Council meet their target in growing the size of the town.
