Directions are in Kirk Langley travelling on the A52 from Derby towards Ashbourne take the 2nd left down Church Lane. Church Lane becomes Green Lane. Green Lane meets Long Lane and at that junction drive over into the farm track. The land is on the left of the farm track. The field is on the junction of Long Lane and Green Lane.
The land is 6 acres in total.
Price is £39,500 for each 3 acres with two timber stables put on each. Vendor will put a post and rail fence down the middle of the field so each 3 acres has a pond for drinking water. Vendor will also pay for and erect the stables.
