The Land at Amerside Hill extends to some 374 acres (151 hectares) in all and comprises a well shaped block of grassland and mixed species woodland all of which benefits from well placed internal access.
The Land at Amerside Hill lies close to the village of Chatton.
The picturesque 12th Century Chillingham Castle with its historic parklands lie to the south west and are home to the eminent Chillingham Wild Cattle; widely believed to be the direct descendants of the wild herds which once roamed freely throughout the forests of Great Britain.
Although the land is well located for access to the region’ livestock markets and the greater transport network as a whole, it is also situated in an attractive rural setting with a number of public footpaths, bridleways, attractions and the Northumberland National Park close by.
