DIRECTIONS

From Alfreton take the A615 towards Matlock. At the traffic lights in Oakerthorpe turn right then left, still following the A615. After passing under the railway bridge turn left onto Birches Lane where the land will be found on the right, access through a gate adjacent to number 121. To reach Lot 2 continue uphill turning right onto Birches Avenue and then right again on Wessington Lane where the land will be found on your right. From the Matlock direction follow the A615 and after passing through Wessington village continue towards Oakerthorpe turning right just before the railway bridge onto Birches Lane.
