* Three modern poultry houses

Lower Smiddyseat Poultry Farm is a 2.83 hectare (6.99 acre), fully-equipped broiler production unit comprising five separate poultry houses.
The poultry houses are of mixed age and extend to a productive area of 5,768 square metres (62,087 square feet).
Planning consent is in place to replace one of the older poultry houses to a larger modern specification.
A traditional one-and-a-half storey 3-bedroom dwelling is on site and would be suitable for use as a manager's house and office.
Ancillary buildings include a stone outbuilding with steel sheet roof cladding which houses a backup generator, and a small pole barn tractor shed.
The site is currently suitable for broiler production and could be adapted to suit other poultry, agricultural or non-agricultural uses, subject to obtaining relevant consents.
The site has long-term potential for re-development into residential or alternative commercial uses.
