Dhillon Farm is offered for sale as a whole or in three lots by private treaty
Lot 1 comprises 78.84 acres of level Grade 1 land which is Rabbit Fenced and has good access from the road. The land lies to the north east of Manningford Abbots and the northern boundary runs along the main line railway line to London.
The land is classified as Ardington, being well drained fine and coarse loamy glauconitic soils ideal for growing cereals and salad crops.
The land is currently let on a Farm Business Tenancy until 31st December 2013 for £46,900 per annum payable quarterly by equal instalments. Further details are available from the vendors agents.
Dhillon Farm Building was built by the vendor in 2001. The building currently totals approximately 13,850 sq ft. A mobile home is located within the barn and has previously had planning permission to house seasonal workers. The building comprises:
