The land is positioned to the south of the hamlet of Footherley accessed off the A5127 Birmingham Road between Sutton Coldfield and Lichfield. There is excellent access to a range of major roads including the M6 Toll, A38 and A5. The 24.68 acres (9.98 ha) of arable land benefit from road frontage to Footherley Lane which connects with the A5127 to the south.

The land is in a single enclosure with a wide gateway providing access. The land is level and is currently planted with potatoes. Prior to this season it was planted with peas, and turf for the preceeding 10 years.

From the village of Shenstone, to the south of Junction 5 of the M6 Toll, take the A5127 south for approximately a mile and a quarter before turning right onto Footherley Lane (just before the overhead electricity lines cross the A5127). Cross over the railway bridge and the land can be found on the left hand side after approximately 500 metres.
