Abbott confident on Coalition wheat rift
Tony Abbott says he is confident that no Coalition MP will cross the floor on wheat deregulation amid calls for the issue to be revisited when parliament returns tomorrow.
The Opposition Leader said there were still “big issues” to be resolved before the sector could be fully deregulated including quality control, market information and access to ports.
