Bird flu confirmed in four poultry farms in Kaski
The government has confirmed bird flu in four poultry farms in Kaski that had recently reported sudden chicken deaths.
Dr Bansi Sharma, chief of Regional Livestock Service Directorate, Pokhara told Republica that lab tests of sample conducted in Pokhara, Kathmandu and the United Kingdom confirmed that the chicken had died of avian influenza.
