Farmers warned of flood aid deadline
The Queensland Rural Adjustment Authority (QRAA) will consult producers across the state's central region next month, ahead of the closure of a flood recovery assistance program.
Meetings will be held in Emerald, Rolleston, Theodore and Biloela next month to explain how primary producers and small business can get low interest rate loans and grants of up to $25,000 for restoring property damaged in the floods for 2010 and last year.
