Glyphosate poisoning killing SA canola crops

Glyphosate poisoning is killing off some grain crops in South Australia's wheat belt.

Glyphosate is a herbicide, sprayed in paddocks to control weeds and this year many farmers have used higher doses of glyphosate to control weeds, but rain at the wrong time has caused the poison to affect grain crops.

Agronomist Bill Long says its a very rare situation.
