Heat takes its toll on livestock in Dindigul district

The prevailing drought conditions are taking their toll on the livestock in Dindigul district as four buffaloes belonging to two farmers fell down dead on Saturday. It was later revealed that lack of adequate water for the buffaloes had led to the death.
