How do you know it's organic?

Consumption of organic food throughout the United States is on the increase. So is the number of organic farms across the country -- including here in Idaho. As of 2008, USDA numbers show Idaho ranks in the top ten states for organic food sales with more than $71 million in goods sold each year.

Experts say many more people worry about what goes into their food.
