Proposal on CAP reform to be presented to EU Ministers
A compromise proposal on the reform of the Common Agricultural Policy is due to be presented to EU ministers at a meeting in Brussels later today.
The proposal came about after negotiations overnight.
Ireland's Agriculture Minister Simon Coveney, who is chairing the talks, is reported to be hopeful that an agreement may be secured.
