Russia and China to sign deal to fight illicit fishing
Russia and China are planning an agreement to stop illegal, undeclared and unlicensed fishing, according to a Russian government directive.
The directive, signed on Sept. 11, instructs the Agriculture Ministry to negotiate and sign the planned accord.
