State releases K800 million for Mpulungu farmers
From NKOMBO KACHEMBA in Kitwe GOVERNMENT has released K800 million to pay farmers in Mpulungu for the maize they supplied to the Food Reserve Agency (FRA) during the ongoing crop marketing exercise.
And some farmers in Mpulungu on Wednesday threatened to protest over the delay by the FRA to pay them their dues.
