Sydney University Dean of Agriculture plans to produce smarter graduates in technology as farming intensifies

Sydney University's Dean of Agriculture says Australia has to shift its education and training if it's to meet the demand for high quality produce.

He says Australia is a major exporter of bulk commodities; meat, wheat and dairy powder, but that's not going to satisfy the growing middle class demand for niche value-added food in Asia.
