Tennessee farmers to learn about drones' agriculture applications

The non-military use of unmanned aerial vehicles isn’t just a business interest of Amazon.com and other web-based or startup businesses.

Tennessee farmers, for example, will learn next week about drones’ implications for agriculture, Nashville Public Radio reports. A drone demonstration is on the agenda for the Milan No-Till Field Day in West Tennessee, but FAA regulations for the commercial use of drones still aren’t expected until 2015.
