Latin American countries eye exports with added value, expert says

China and Argentina on Monday announced the launch of a mutual action plan to map out a blueprint for the future development of ties between the two countries.

Premier Wen Jiabao, who visited Argentina over the weekend, and Argentine President Cristina Fernandez, signed a series of agreements after the premier expressed willingness to expand direct trade with one of the top agricultural producers in South America.
