Zimbabwe to halt seizure of some farms, says minister
A senior minister in President Robert Mugabe’s Zanu (PF) has announced an end to the seizure of foreign-owned farms protected under the Bilateral Investment Promotion and Protection Agreement.
Lands, Land Reforms and Resettlement Minister Herbert Murerwa said such seizures had been stopped with immediate effect to prevent the state’s liabilities from increasing.
