Countdown on to 68th Kenilworth Agricultural Show



One of the Midlands’ most popular agricultural shows takes place in Warwickshire on Saturday, June 4.

The Kenilworth Show attracts thousands of visitors from across the country and has been held annually by the Kenilworth and District Agricultural Society (KADAS) since 1944.

The traditional country show takes place on a 50-acre site directly opposite the National Agricultural Centre (NAC) in Stoneleigh and includes attractions such as cattle and sheep competitions, equestrian events, a large homecraft section, vintage machinery and a host of entertainment for all the family.

Main ring attractions confirmed also include a grand parade of livestock, mini tractor pulling, heavy horses display and Chariots of Fire shows.

Guy Minshull, Kenilworth Show organising committee chair, said: "The show went tremendously well at the new site in Stoneleigh last year.

"Holding the event on Saturday for the first time also went down extremely well so we’ve decided to do the same again this year.

"The Kenilworth Show is one of the biggest events in the Midlands’ agricultural calendar and has something for all the family and this year’s event looks like being bigger and better than ever."
