FOOT AND MOUTH CONTROLS.

The government of India, are to allow vaccination of livestock against foot and mouth disease.

The mass vaccination, is geared at the countries large buffalo herd as well as the cattle herd.

Expertise is being used from Argentina, in relation to the mass vaccinations, that are not used in EU countries to the same extent they are used in Latin America.

The University of Queensland in Australia, has developed a new vaccine, that can identify cattle that have already been vaccinated from cattle that have not.

This new process saves unwarranted mass slaughter of all animals, should an outbreak occur.
