NFU Cymru President to brief farmers on Foot and Mouth disease latest

NFU Cymru President, Dai Davies will be addressing a meeting of Clwyd NFU Cymru members at the Anchor Inn, Ruthin at 7.30pm on Tuesday, 2 October.

Joining Mr Davies at the meeting will be NFU Cymru Deputy Director Mary James and Prys Morgan, Industry Development Manager for Hybu Cig Cymru - Meat Promotion Wales (HCC), the industry-led organisation responsible for the development, promotion and marketing of Welsh red meat.

All three speakers will be updating members on the current situation in the Welsh farming industry.

Ken Bellis, NFU Cymru County Chairman for Clwyd, said, "We are very grateful to the speakers for agreeing to attend the meeting. I would encourage as many members as possible to make the most of this opportunity to meet with these three industry leaders."
