Pembrokeshire NFU Milk farmers meeting

Mansel Raymond, Chairman of the NFU Dairy Board, will be the guest speaker at the next Pembrokeshire NFU Cymru milk meeting on Thursday, 1 July 2010.

Held at Agriculture House, Haverfordwest, at 8pm, the meeting is open to all NFU Cymru members in Pembrokeshire. During the meeting Mr Raymond, a dairy farmer from near Jordanston, will update those present about the recent work of the NFU in the dairy sector, including the recent investigation of the dairy market and the launch of the ’Great Milk Robbery’ report which has revealed that millions of pounds are not being passed back to dairy farmers. Mansel will also discuss other recent market developments in the dairy sector.
