Project aims to bring precision farming to wider audience

Growers interested in precision farming techniques are being encouraged to get involved with a new HGCA project, Be PRECISE: Precision for efficiencies, savings and the environment.

"The project is aiming to bring the concepts of precision farming to a wider audience," said Ian Beecher-Jones, project facilitator on behalf of HGCA.

"Precision farming may be shrouded in mystery for some, to others it is the farming practice which unlocks increased profitability."
