Russia-New finance for meat group.
RUSSIA-MONEY FOR MEAT GROUP.
KOMOS GROUP to Borrow RUB19m from Izhcombank and Poultry Plant Varaksino
ОАО Poultry plant Varaksino has transferred ООО KOMOS GROUP RUB10m under the debt contract valid till April 20, 2010, with interest rate of 18% per year. The signing of the deal took place on April 20, 2009.
Apart from that, on April 17 the general meeting of shareholders approved signing of RUB9.01m credit agreement with JSC "IZHCOMBANK". The credit agreement with interest rate of 6% per year will be valid till July 16, 2009.
