Santa chooses Valtra



Valtra has reached an agreement with the Santa Claus Foundation, making Valtra the official tractor of Santa Claus.



Choosing a tractor was easy for Santa Claus, as both he and Valtra are from the Far North. Santa Claus is particularly happy with the fact that Valtra tractors can function as effectively in the cold of Lapland as in the heat of Brazil.

According to the agreement, Santa Claus will appear in a variety of ways in Valtra’s marketing activities. All tractors manufactured during the course of November and December will come with a Santa Claus sticker and a Christmas card inviting the new owner to participate in a competition. Customers are being asked visit the Valtra website to relate their own experiences with customising Valtra tractors. First prize in this international competition is a visit to the Valtra factory and Santa Claus himself.

The Santa Claus Foundation is an internationally active organisation that donates a portion of its proceeds to charity. Valtra hopes to continue and extend its co-operation with the foundation in the coming years. The aim is to highlight the fact that Valtra is the only official tractor of Santa Claus throughout the world.
